Civil Litigation Paralegal

Our client is looking for a motivated and resourceful Civil Litigation Paralegal to play a key role in supporting our attorneys through every stage of the litigation process. What You'll Do:

  • Partner closely with attorneys to prepare litigation documents, correspondence, and legal memoranda
  • Coordinate depositions, court appearances, meetings, and client appointments
  • Create and organize deposition and trial exhibits
  • Conduct legal research, cite-checking, and factual investigations
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and prospective clients, delivering a professional and responsive experience
  • Manage filings and service (both electronic and hard copy) with accuracy and efficiency
  • Organize case materials, maintain litigation databases, and handle eDiscovery searches and document retrieval
  • Keep calendars, records, and case files running smoothly
  • Support website updates and assist with general office operations as needed

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience (mid-to-large firm experience preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong written/verbal communication
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and shifting workloads
  • A proactive, "take ownership" mindset from start to finish
  • A collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and ability to stay composed under pressure
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed, including evenings or occasional weekends
